My Approach
I believe my role as a therapist is to create a space for individuals to experience what it feels like to be seen and valued. So many of us go through life putting on a mask, suppressing key parts of ourselves, and struggling to truly connect. I strive to help people uncover who they really are. I want you to find your joy, learn to play, and embrace all parts of yourself. This isn’t easy to do, but I promise to always offer a space of kindness, humor, and honesty. We are a team and will face the hard work of change together.
